Update on New Hampshire Personal Watercraft Ban

Update: Public Hearing on H-1562 Set

Make plans to attend the first public hearing and make your voice heard.

The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 6th before the House Resources, Recreation & Development Committee, in Representatives Hall at the State House – the largest room in the building – with a capacity of up to 400 people.  The committee is expecting a large crowd and it is up to us to give them one!

HB-1562 is simply a small group of people wanting to control a larger group of people from enjoying their choice of outdoor recreation on public waters.

We know the time and date are inconvenient for folks. However, it is essential that your opinions be heard by your elected legislators.  Please consider attending and speaking before the committee. The more the better.

If you are unable to attend, please contact your state house member and make your opinion known. Urge fellow riders, friends and family to do the same. When we speak as one, we usually win.

This is the chance to cast HB-1562 into the dumpster where it belongs. Please spread the word to those within your personal watercraft community.

Please check back for updates.
